Register - In order to place a Helpdesk request, you first need to register. When registering, please use your current Ezemail username as your userID.

Contact Customer Service - submit a new service ticket. Please be sure to include the following information when submitting a support request:

  • Your Ezemail Username
  • The name of the Campaign (if relevant)
  • Where in Ezemail the problem has occurred. Be specific, for example: Campaigns > EzeEditor > your own templates or Database Maint > Image Library > Upload Images.
  • Give full details on what the problem is and measures you have taken to correct it.

Your request will typically be responded to within 24hrs during weekdays and and up to 72 hours on the weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: If your problem is HTML related (that is, it is to do with HTML, scripting, other than our supplied forms etc), it may incur a fee as this is additional to our Ezemail solution. If in doubt, please consult your Web Designer before contacting us. 

Log in - access your personal settings and service ticket list.

My Tickets - view and edit your service tickets.

My Profile - edit your personal settings such as name, email address, password.
